I AM GOING TO DAI private
DAI private wants to give motivated young artists with a "hardcore" romantic vision of the autonomy of the artist an opportunity to work in their own studio at perfecting visual language that is as personal and as radical as possible. However, the word romantic should not be confused with nostalgic. It is used here as an honorary tag. The choice for a certain medium, whether it is new or traditional, depends on the student and what he wants to say. The willingness to climb on a critical stage where the viability of someone’s art can be tested against different theories and conceptions about the meaning of art in society is a prerequisite for a two-year period of independent research at DAI. Through concentration and confrontation, the student will give more edge to his statements. "Become who you are" is the creed of DAI private.
